Changes in existing reservations are subject to availability and may cause (depending on allottments) to change the Hotel. Cancellations within 7 days after order confirmation and in any case before check-in date, Memphis Tours will refund the whole amount, deducting 1 day/night each booked room plus 10 % bank fees. In all other cases no refund is admitted. Cancellations for reasons beyond control of Memphis Tours and their suppliers, such as civil and war events, terroristic activities, etc, as well as natural disasters are not refundable.
